The short version: We collect your email address if you join our waitlist. We use analytics to understand how our content performs. We do not sell your data. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics 4 default retention settings (14 months).

HIPAA and health data

Phase 1 of Nuletic is a content and education platform. We do not collect, store, or process protected health information (PHI). When Nuletic launches clinical services (Phase 2), we will implement full HIPAA compliance including Business Associate Agreements with all vendors, encrypted data storage, and access controls. A separate HIPAA-specific privacy notice will be published at that time.

We may update this policy as Nuletic evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to waitlist subscribers. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
