Nuletic (“we,” “our,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
The short version: We collect your email address if you join our waitlist. We use analytics to understand how our content performs. We do not sell your data. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Email address: When you join our waitlist or subscribe to regulatory updates, we collect your email address. This is stored in our email service provider (ConvertKit) and used solely to notify you about Nuletic updates and launch information.
- Protocol Status Checker inputs: When you use the Protocol Status Checker, the compound, dose, duration, and sourcing information you enter is processed locally in your browser to generate results. This data is not stored on our servers or sent to third parties.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our content. This includes page views, time on page, device type, and general geographic region. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can opt out using Google's opt-out browser add-on.
- Server logs: Our hosting provider (Vercel) collects standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and request timestamps. These are used for security and performance monitoring and are not linked to your identity.
How we use your information
- To send you Nuletic launch updates (email, opt-in only)
- To send you regulatory updates you subscribed to (email, opt-in only)
- To understand which content is most useful to our visitors (analytics)
- To improve the performance and security of our website
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information
- We do not share your email address with third parties for marketing
- We do not use your data for targeted advertising
- We do not collect health information through this website (Phase 1 is content only)
Data retention
Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics 4 default retention settings (14 months).
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Unsubscribe from any email communication at any time
- Request deletion of your email address from our systems
- Request a copy of any data we hold about you
- Opt out of analytics tracking via browser settings or the Google opt-out add-on
HIPAA and health data
Phase 1 of Nuletic is a content and education platform. We do not collect, store, or process protected health information (PHI). When Nuletic launches clinical services (Phase 2), we will implement full HIPAA compliance including Business Associate Agreements with all vendors, encrypted data storage, and access controls. A separate HIPAA-specific privacy notice will be published at that time.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Nuletic evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to waitlist subscribers. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
