2. Description of Service
Nuletic is currently a content and education platform (Phase 1). We publish evidence-based guides on biological optimization including hormone therapy, peptide therapy, weight management, cognitive health, and longevity. Future phases will include physician-supervised telehealth services, personalized protocols, and AI-powered health optimization tools.
All content on the Site is informational and educational in nature. It is not medical advice and should not be treated as such.

The content on nuletic.com does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Nothing on this Site should be construed as an attempt to offer or render a medical opinion or otherwise engage in the practice of medicine.

4. User Accounts
Nuletic currently operates a waitlist for future platform access. If you provide your email address to join the waitlist, you consent to receiving email communications about Nuletic updates and launch information. You may unsubscribe at any time.
When Nuletic launches patient-facing telehealth services (Phase 2), user accounts will be subject to additional terms of service, a telehealth consent agreement, and a HIPAA-compliant privacy notice, each of which will be presented at the time of account creation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, branding, logos, and other materials on nuletic.com are the intellectual property of Nuletic and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may share links to Nuletic content freely. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
6. Affiliate Links
Some pages on the Site contain affiliate links to third-party clinics, products, and services. Nuletic may receive compensation for referrals made through these links. This does not affect the price you pay and does not influence our editorial independence.
